Orion is a super handsome little Arabian/Pony cross that was born into our rescue through our Pregnant Mare & Foal Program!

His parents were run through an auction together and 11 months later, boom, Orion was born! His dad is a rose gray Arabian (now a beautiful gelding) and his mom is a gray quarter pony.

Orion has had all the basic baby-training and even went through the 2025 Battle of the Best Training Competition in the Peewee Division!

He is searching for a home to love on him! With time and training he could be a wonderful kids pony, driving horse, flashy liberty prospect, or just about anything!

Orion loves people and will soak up attention all day long! He even took a trip to the Minnesota State Fair and let the crowds love on him all day long!

Orion is available through Lucky 7 Horse Rescue in Isanti, MN. Lucky 7 has an Arabian Program devoted to the care of Arabian horses. They understand that Arabians, especially when untrained, come with increased sensitivity and high-energy tendencies. Through gentle training in partnership with a very select group of experienced trainers, they offer increased education to the Arabians that end up in their care. Whether it be starting an untrained horse, retraining, or simply expanding a horse’s existing education, it is all done with a gentle and calm demeanor that matches the energy an Arabian succeeds with.
