Dutch Harness Horse

Foaled 2019

15hh gelding

Apollo was a horse that was stuck in the auction cycle that harms so many horses. He was found in a Southern Michigan lot, one that the Amish take their horses to on a weekly schedule. He was young, healthy, and beautiful, so he landed with us to be in our training competition. His past, though mostly unknown, was likely one where he wasn't treated with a kind hand as he was very nervous and cautious around people after coming to us.

Apollo went through the 2024 BBTC with Trainer Sarah Erickson who trained him for two months, then trainer Dawson Alme took him after the challenge to continue his training. Trainer Kaitlyn Fedewa then rode him over the winter until Sarah Erickson was able to take him back to further his competitive career. He will be showing with her over the summer while he awaits the perfect home.

He is a young horse with a lot of promise and a lot of talent. He has stunning movement and is gaining more and more experience every day. He has shown much talent in the dressage pen, and would thrive in the show ring.
