Troop is a young, talented, easy-going gelding. He retired from his time on the track simply because he was too slow to continue racing. He is healthy and sound with no past injuries. Troop has been transitioning into his riding career with extreme ease. Within his first 30 minutes being ridden, he had already been ridden at the walk and trot in an arena AND gone out on his first solo trail ride. Troop has also already attended a novice endurance ride and earned a first place ribbon with phenomenal scores! He showed immense talent and he can really go anywhere from here.

Troop has been ridden at the walk, trot, and canter. He is still learning the cue to canter, but is making great progress.

He has also been used in lessons while he awaits his perfect home!
